Choosing the Polish Hall
Whether you’re hosting a small lunch and learn or a large-scale event for your employees or customers, our beautiful venue and professional staff are the key to ensure your event’s success, leaving you free to focus on the decor and the details while all the core needs are covered by our team.
Our central Edmonton venue provides the ideal setting for your next corporate event, with versatile spaces that can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Whether you prefer a sophisticated ambiance for a formal meeting or a relaxed environment for team bonding, we have the perfect space for you.
Our four meeting rooms are versatile, and setup and takedown are included in our rental costs, leaving only the decor for you to decide. We are also able to provide some basic decor rentals, just let us know what you’re looking for and we can show you what we have available.
Rooms for Rent at our Venue
Grand Ballroom
Ideal for Groups of 250-400+
The Grand Ballroom easily lives up to its name with bright walls that reach high above the natural wooden floor to showcase an impressive chandelier. Unobstructed views, with zero pillars standing in the room, allow every guest a wonderful view of the theatrical stage, especially those in the upper balcony.
Maximum capacity, with use of the balcony, is approximately 500 people for dining, and 550-600 for theatre seating.
Conference Centre
Ideal for Groups of 80-150+
The Conference Room’s sleek aesthetic is elevated by the impressive lighting that effortlessly sets the mood by shifting between a complete spectrum of stunning colours. This room also offers views unobstructed by pillars, as well as its own entrance, lobby area, coat check, and modern bar.
Maximum capacity, with use of the Kingsway Room, is approximately 300 people for dining or theatre seating.
Kingsway Room
Ideal for Groups of 40-90
The intimate setting of our lavish Kingsway room comes complete with four glorious chandeliers, a long fireplace, a tiled alcove, and like all our rooms, it has its own entrance from the outside of the building. One of our most popular rooms for corporate events, birthdays, engagement parties, and other small-medium gatherings.
Maximum capacity for dining or theatre use is 90. When the Conference Centre is not engaged for an event, the modern bar is available for complimentary use.
Syrenka Room
Ideal for Groups of 80-100
The jewel in the crown of the Polish Hall’s offerings, this brightly lit room offers stunning views of Edmonton’s Roger’s Place and downtown core – as well as a modern bar. Fully equipped for meetings, intimate concerts, or a restaurant feel, our Syrenka Room is ready to host your next event.
Maximum capacity for dining or theatre use is 110.

What is "Family Style" dining?
Unlike most venues in Edmonton, the Polish Hall does not serve plated meals. In Polish and European cuisine, banquet settings are often plated for the whole table of guests, which we like to call eating Family Style. There are many benefits to eating this way, such as allowing each person to eat to their appetite, tastes, and dietary requirements while drastically minimizing food waste – a great green option – and keeping food from getting cold quickly. In addition, the communal table is an amazing way to offer a built in team-building experience for companies. Even better, with family style meals, you are still provided with a friendly and capable server who provides professional assistance, and we allow your guests to request seconds.
Meeting Dietary Requirements
We are able to accommodate any dietary requirements, as long as we have advance notice of the needs from your guest and they check in with our staff. Our chefs are able to create dishes that suit vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diets, as well as avoiding allergens for those with allergies. Once a guest has arrived, if they have special needs that require the kitchen’s assistance, all they need to do is communicate with our servers to be served quickly and safely.
Weekday Space Rental
Seminars and Presentations
During weekdays, we are also able to rent out all four spaces at the Hall to clients who do not require Banquet services at excellent value. No outside food is allowed at these events, but if you need a space for another type of event, such as a fundraiser, a presentation, a seminar, concert, or another meeting of minds that requires a flexible venue, we might be a good fit for your group.

Christmas parties are a staple at the Polish Hall. Prime dates book very early, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are interested in hosting a holiday party at the Polish Hall. Our Hall comes ready-decorated with attractive seasonal decor, so you just have to decide how much you want to add to the ready-to-party ambiance.

We are able to work within any reasonable budget to provide guests with a filling meal, with our detailed lunch menu options providing a variety of choices to suit every kind of corporate function. Low cost rentals for built-in audiovisual equipment allows for a seamless plug-and-play experience for presentations and seminars, team-building events, networking events, galas, fundraisers, and more.
