Our central Edmonton venue provides the ideal setting for your next corporate event, with versatile spaces that can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Whether you prefer a sophisticated ambiance for a formal meeting or a relaxed environment for team bonding, we have the perfect space for you.
Our four meeting rooms are versatile, and setup and takedown are included in our rental costs, leaving only the decor for you to decide. We are also able to provide some basic decor rentals, just let us know what you’re looking for and we can show you what we have available.

Grand Ballroom
Ideal for Groups of 250-400+
​
The Grand Ballroom easily lives up to its name with bright walls that reach high above the natural wooden floor to showcase an impressive chandelier. Unobstructed views, with zero pillars standing in the room, allow every guest a wonderful view of the theatrical stage, especially those in the upper balcony.
Maximum capacity, with use of the balcony, is approximately 500 people for dining, and 550-600 for theatre seating. Without the balcony, 250-300 people is a very comfortable dinner number.
Conference Centre

The Conference Room’s sleek aesthetic is elevated by the impressive lighting that effortlessly sets the mood by shifting between a complete spectrum of stunning colours. This room also offers views unobstructed by pillars, as well as its own entrance, lobby area, coat check, and modern bar.
Maximum capacity, without use of the Kingsway Room, is approximately 200 people for dining or theatre seating. With that room, your event may have a larger capacity - depending on layout.
Ideal for Groups of 80-150+
Kingsway Room
Ideal for Groups of 40-90
The intimate setting of our lavish Kingsway room comes complete with four glorious chandeliers, a long fireplace, a tiled alcove, and like all our rooms, it has its own entrance from the outside of the building. One of our most popular rooms for corporate events, birthdays, engagement parties, and other small-medium gatherings.
Maximum capacity for dining or theatre use is 90. When the Conference Centre is not engaged for an event, the modern bar is available for complimentary use.
Syrenka Room
Ideal for Groups of 250-400+
The jewel in the crown of the Polish Hall’s offerings, this brightly lit room offers stunning views of Edmonton’s Roger’s Place and downtown core – as well as a modern bar. Fully equipped for meetings, intimate concerts, or a restaurant feel, our Syrenka Room is ready to host your next event.
Maximum capacity for dining or theatre use is 110.
